Backed by a team of experienced civil engineers, we are capable of executing every job ranging from a normal residential building to the jobs involving complex processes such as industrial and dam repairing. Our Epoxy Screed, PU Flooring and Ashford Flooring are monolithic in nature i.e. they are available without joints. Hotel Khavaiya

We have entered into the another field of hospitality industry. The company has its own Maharashtrian Pure Veg Restaurant in Thane namely Hotel Khavaiya which started its operations in the year 1998. Here, we serve unique Maharashtrian Delicacies, which are quite popular among the people of all ages. We also serve South Indian, Chinese and Punjabi dishes. Spread in a massive area, the restaurant is spacious enough; 80 people can dine at one time (40 each in AC & Non-AC compartments). Our exclusive recipes include:

• Maharashtrian Specialities like kothimbir wadi, thalipith, misal, zunka-bhakri, gavraan thali and mutter karanji
• Sweets & Desserts like puran poli, ukadiche modak, basundi, gajar halwa and dudhi halwa, mango mastani/strawberry mastani and all types of mithai items.
